We strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services and training programs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. Service Engagements
Fees paid for ongoing digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, etc.) are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to discontinue, you may do so with prior written notice; pro-rata adjustments are at our sole discretion.
3. Training & Courses
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window or once significant content has been consumed.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Setup fees, third-party ad spend, software/tool subscriptions, and any custom deliverables already produced are non-refundable.
